My Story
“My journey has taken me across the USA and around the world, traveling more than three million air miles to train leaders, organizations, and professionals from every industry. Along the way, I’ve discovered that success isn’t determined by titles or achievements alone it’s built through character, courtesy, and the way we treat people every day.
As the author of three books on ethics and etiquette in American business, I’ve dedicated my career to making timeless principles practical, approachable, and relevant for today’s world.
Growing up as the daughter of a mother who was a World War II pilot, I learned early that courtesy is not weakness; it’s strength with good posture. Those lessons continue to shape everything I teach today.”
